Default upgrade Tires

Ok, I am ready for new tires. Is anybody running 26"s on their Rubicon? And another question. Can you run the same size all the way around.I was thinking 26-9-12 on all 4 tires. I think it looks better and handle"s better. But is there a disadvantage of doing this? Will i notice a loss in power and will the handling performance go down? Thanks for your help.

I have a good buddy that is running 26" Mudlites that are 9" wide on all four on his 2004 Rubicon. He wishes he had wider on the back tires, but overall very happy.

I like the idea of wider on the back. Mostly so your back tires aren't in the same rut as the front tires.

To each his own. Whatever you do, it will be an improvement from the stock tires.

9" wide rear tires would look very odd, I not even sure that the wider rear rims can mount that skinny of a tire like the slimmer front rims can..
