Default top end question

Rebuilding a '86 350 fourtrax. Was burning a ton of oil and smokin so I tore it down to find the cylinder a pitted up. Now the cylinder is at the machine shop. Just now thinkin about how do I get the cam in the right positon to bolt the cam gear back on, in the right postion???

Any help is greatly appreaciated. Thanks
