riser questions

I have a set of tagbars with stock steering stem. would like a bit more rise(jokes)without spending a fortune Im about 6'3" ..

Thanks for reply the riser are real sharp looking and priced affordable. thanks its been through several different mood swings color wise I think I'll leave it alone for now.maybe
