YES!!! It's not safe to ride it without re-jetting.

Im thinking of a 152 main and 40 pilot but where can i buy them cheap without buying a $50 kit? I found single jets on chaparral motosports but i dont know how to tell with ones will fit my quad? Will the keihin hex main jet and slow jet fit?

I usually buy my jets from the dealer, that way you can either take your old jets in and match them up, or if it is a Honda dealer, they will have the right ones for you. Price is only 5-7 dollars a jet, and no shipping or waiting if you order them !!

Like 95wolv says if local shop has what you need go for it. Much quicker and easier that way. Not sure what the "hex" thing is.

I would also think that it should give you a little indication with the new pipe on what jet you should run taking into consideration your location or elevation. I know that I had to change jets and needle on a Blaster.
