jetting questions

i want to upgrade my stock airfilter on my 08 450er and i am thinking about a k@n filter with an outerwear but i want to keep the air box lid on. what do you smart people think i should bump my main jet up to?

also i forgot to add that my machine is completly stock and do you know where i can get a more freeflowing tip for my stock exhaust? thanks
