400ex brake lever fiasco
I'm working on a 400ex for a friend and I have run into a bit of a snag. This is hard to explain so please bare with me. His brake pedal was frozen to the frame on his 2007 400ex (thanks honda) It snapped off in the frame (your welcome) so I resorted to having it drilled out (which was fun). My problem is that the brake pedal has a allen bolt through the center of it and it bolts to a curved plate on the back of the pedal (which attaches to the rear brake light actuator) but the allen bolt has nothing to tighten against on the front side of the pedal itself. So the allen bolt will fall straight through the brake pedal. It seems as if the pedal should have a lip on it to catch the allen side of the bolt, and the bolt goes through the pedal into the curved plate. So it will go through the provided hole as it should but it has nothing to tighten against. If anyone has experience with this pedal set up please let me know because im at a loss

Yeah though of that but It wont look right, which wouldn't be a problem if it was my quad. I tried ordering another brake lever with hopes that the one I got is faulty. If thats not it I will have no clue.

Chevy, try posting your question on the board, not in another question. That way you can get your question answered faster lol! Not trying to be mean, but trying to help you out a little bit. Just go to the main part in honda forums and go to "add a thread" and then post your question! There are a lot of good people that might be able to help you out!
