My tail light is still broken! I checked the connections and everything seems okay. The light bulb is fine. And there are no burnt fuses. So in theory the taillight should work. Yet when I get a volt meter it shows that it has no electrical current running to it. What could be wrong? How do I fix it?

If you checked all of the other possibilites and it still isn't working, and you aren't getting power to it, the only thing that could be wrong is wiring. There could be a cut wire or a short in the wiring. Start checking the harness and maybe isolate the issue. That is the only thing I can think of that could be wrong.
