Do the obvious. Make sure the frame and A arms are straight, no mud in airbox is a good idea, make sure it runs right and shifts properly in all modes.
The thing is practically new, though, so unless it's really been abused I'd expect it to be fine.
I think I put more miles/hours on my Rincon than that the first day I took it out.

thanks for the advice guys. Everything looks good the bike is great expect he cross threaded on of he bolts on the plastic engine cover on the bottom. He told me he changed the oil once, when asked if he used Honda oil he said yes. For some reason I didn't really believe him....it now has Honda oil in it and a new filter. Bike will not idle unless the choke is pulled out slightly. I think it just has old nasty gas in it. I am going to my property tomorrow to put it too the test. What should I expect from the tranny. Will it be able to break the tires loose? Pull Wheelies? so far I ran it around the neighborhood and sometimes it will snap to it quick, and other times it feels a little lame. Could this be the dirty carb/gas?

Yeah, I have been a bit dissapointed with my Foreman as far as snap off the line. I mean, it goes fast enough and it pulls up any hill I ask it to. But as far as just pulling wheelies at will it just doesn't. Although I only have around 100 miles on it so maybe it will break in down the road.
I would try adjusting the idle at the carb. There should be a small screw that has a spring under it. Turn this in a bit with your hand and your idle will come up.
