Trx 250
hi the i am new to the quad thing i just got a pair for TRX 250 one is a basket case the second one is compleat but don,t run it played submarine are the trx250 worth the time to put the money in to any thoughs will help thanks art

Which TRX250 we talking about??? There are three of them:
The Recon which is a shaft drive utility. The old 250X which was a chain drive sport quad, and predecessor to the 300EX (now called 300X). And, the shaft drive 250EX (now called 250X), which is really just a Recon in sport plastic but without the racks so it is 50 pounds lighter.
Why Honda dropped the EX for X ???? It is going to cause a lot of confusion between the old 250X and the new one......
In any case, all of these are fun machines but will get boring after a while. But, if you don't have to dump a ton of money into one, it will be worth it.
