300 ex starting problems

I am having problems with my '93 300ex. I need to know which direction the starter turns; clockwise or counter-clockwise. Thanks.

Never owned one but at 1130 at night I'm picturing it turning counter clock wise, little tired so if I am wrong someone set me right
