Default digital odometer

Do they go back to zero when they reach 9999 miles or will they display 10000 miles?

I'm getting closer every day.

My guess is it will go to 10000. Not real sure though. That's pretty sweet.

I've seen a lot of Honda digital meters go over the 50'000 miles - highest I seem to remember was 65,000 --- and we have one customer who always does at least 15,000 miles each year.

Thank you, I didn't know if it rolled back to zero or kept going.

I think that is the whole point of digital. It will keep counting no matter how high it goes.

I often wonder how many miles it will have on it when we buy another one. So far this one has been great and very trouble free.

So I guess we'll just keep adding on more.

Everyone tells me they are problematic, I don't know what they're talking about. LOL

We ride double and carry a lot of gear, I’ll bet 9000 of those miles it’s easily carried over 450 pounds.
So far:
1) both upper control arm bushings, shafts and seals (seals leaked and water got in)
2) left-rear wheel bearing, again water intrusion
3) left lower ball joint
4) seat, I guess it has been sat on too much LOL
5) left brake cable

It still has the original brakes and battery. We're trying to wear it out but it’s not working.
