So my carrier bearing went the other day on my 400ex so i ripped it apart and pulled the cartridge out that has the bearings in it and i got the one side out and the other side that was broke came out in peices and the outer ring of the bearing is still in the cartridge. I dont want to mess the walls of the cartridge up by trying to get it out....ne ideas ? i got the good one out by heating it up but no luck with the bad one

 

buy a new carrier. they go for $30-$150 on ebay, and it will be worth it insted of tring to do all that work.
