Default 2007 foreman 500, CV boot and pushes to the right

Just picked up a 2007 Foreman 500. I think I got a good deal despite a couple issues.

First issue is both CV boots in front are torn. Everything else looks OK according to my buddy. Is it possible to just replace the boots? I saw these on Ebay. YAMAHA , HONDA, KAWASAKI ATV H/D COLRED CV BOOT KITS :eBay Motors (item 140121324660 end time Jun-11-09 09:41:11 PDT)

Is it harder to replace just the boot versus the whole axle?

Second issue is it has a slight push to the right when driving. My buddy did notice a loose nut on the tie rod and tightened it but it still pushed. He said it was obvious someone had done some work down there because he could see teeth marks and he saw parts that were not OE. The bike also has ITP wheels and some big paddle like tires. We are thinking maybe the tires have some wear to them as well that are causing it to push to the right. I also am going to check air pressure later. If this is a tie rod issue, how hard is it going to be to adjust everything right?

iv never done honda cv boots. but iv done alot of polaris cv boots. there not bad to replace. id say look to see what a shaft it and compair it to a cv boot. if anything. id say take the shaft off and try fixing the boot ur self. but check the grease and see if it feels gritty like sand or dirt in it. if it feels crappy. then look at the cv joints. if there seems to be alot wear, or alota play. and if you clean the cv joints and see broken pieces id say replace the whole thing. if all looks good id say put the boot kits on.
