Default Run a winch without a battery?

My 250X is a kick start and has no battery. Is it possible to hook up a winch to run off the voltage regualtor or something? Of course I know the bike will need to be running.

I doubt highly your machine could put out enough for a winch. A winch can draw a hundred amps, even a 1500#.

You will definantly need a battery. The bike will not put out enough amps to keep the winch working. You will definantly blow the fuse, if you bypass the fuse you will burn something up guranteed.

not a good idea. my wheeler has enough work trying to keep up with all the ele stuff on it. and thats with a battery. keep in mind the wires comeing from the stator coil arent that big, plus the stator is only gona put out so much power. and over powing it will either start to over heat wires, and other things.
