I have subscribed to both Dirt Wheel and ATV Manazine. Dirt Wheels is definitely written more for the sport rider where ATV Magazine is equally concentrated on the utility rider. Being one that makes use of ATVs while hunting, I prefer ATV Magazine.

ATV Magazine is more utility type coverage like you described.

 

There are only 5 on the newstands that I've seen...Dirtwheels, 4 Wheel ATV Action, ATV Magazine, All Terrain Vehicle Magazine, and ATV Sport. ATV Magazine seems to be the most straight forward. It's direct and to the point.
