Default Damaged Foreman

I have a new 2008 Foreman 4x4 TRX-500...

Yesterday it was in a rollover accident and sustained quite a bit of damage, hopefully all cosmetic. I'll try to post pictures later today.

I can see the front 'rollbar' thing is all bent up, the front luggage-rack is bent. The rear luggage-rack is slightly-bent I believe I can straighten it after it is removed. The places you put your feet have been jostled a lot so the plastic covering the fuel-selector is out of place...

Where do you guys buy parts and how should I go about this. I have decent mechanical ability but havn't worked on ATV's before, only motorcycles..

I planned on just removing everything until there was no more damage and then straighten small metal thingy's (under the fenders that hold the foot-platforms in place) and then order up the parts.

Sound okay ???

Thanks in Advance guys !

sorry for your luck. I have bought parts from MRCycles. Seems to be the cheapest parts online.

If the ATV still ride and feels the same. then you just did cosmetic damage. It just part of the sport.

I would shop around, for the more basic parts, the plastic parts, front bumper, and front and or rear rack, I'd get from ebay, they'll be much cheaper

As for the more specific parts, I'd go to bikebandit.com, they have very good prices, and fast shipping

E-bay or bikebandit would be good choices.

I'd measure the toe out, and take some other measurements to make sure the main part of the frame isn't tweeked too badly.

A lot of times racks can be straightened with a shop press, or even a bottle jack.
