Nope, it was the left lower ball joint, tie rod ends still OK.

I'm ready to buy my 3rd replacement set, the originals make 4.

That really bad one that I posted a picture of is one of the locals. I was lucky and was able to polish mine out with one of those headlight lens polishing out kits a few years back.

There are "scratches" on the inside of my lens which leads me to believe that it is a plastic problem and not just from wiping the dust off.

When my scratches first appeared I quit wiping it unless I had a lot of water and rinsed it off first and they continued to worsen.

There are 2 real bad ones here in town and I'd like to take care of both of them for these folk, one's the retired Sheriff and he's a really nice guy.

Congrats on the 10,000 miles. I am not to far behind you with 7200 miles and about 918 hours on my 05 Rubicon. Maybe in the next year or so I will catch up to you Wonder how far the odometer goes.

Have you had any trouble out of yours?

You ride more than we do. LOL

I hope never to find out how many miles the odo will register, at this point I now know it should be able to register 99,999 miles and I really hope to buy a new one long before that day comes.
