Is there a bigger bore kit than the 440 kit for the 400ex? I saw a 570 kit for a banshee at trinity racing and was just wondering if there is a kit for the 400ex to beat that awesome banshee. I don't need that much power. I just want to know.

I haven't seen anything larger than 440. Maybe I have heard about a 485? I've heard of reliability problems with these kits.

TC racing sells a 480 kit that just slides in. It cost about $400
