Went to a dealership yesterday the owner said with the 300$ honda bucks special right now I could get a 400ex for 5300$ out the door. It sounds like a good price to me just wanted to see what you guys thought. Also my brother-in-law said he would give me 3000$ and a brand new rifle for my 300ex. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

3000 for a 2000 300ex?

The firearm market is slow right now, believe you me, i may only be 17, but me and my dad buy a lot of guns, we currently have about 40 assorted rifles and handguns. Things are slow, selling it would be hard unless its a highly looked for rifle. Like an AR-15, FAL, M-96, something along the military style arms. As long as its not a MAK-90, damn things are going for next to nothing.

just keep the 300ex and put that 2000 extra you are going to put in a 400ex and build a custom 300ex

you can mirror my quad exactly with that money

And i know mine will be all over a 400ex!

I'd keep the 300ex and get a 330 kit put in it , and you will be able to keep the reverse but who care i dont evn use my reverse half the time i just to a quick doughnut and i'm on my way.
