yes...both...they are both power monsters, as if the 250R wasn't enough in stock form. The 330 was enough of a hit to almost come out of your hands. I sold that damned thing before I killed myself on it.
If you're looking to build a duner, it's awesome, but for trail riding, forget it. Even for full-on motocross racing, you'd be better off getting a 450

The added torque of the extra cc's is nice to have. And if I recall correctly, if you run a fatty pipe it will help add some torque too.
If you are looking at a major overhaul, then do the 310...might as well since you are going through it. If you just doing a topend rebuild, add the fatty and see if it suits you...you can always use the fatty if you decide to go to the bigger kits
