250r head smoke

Default 250r head smoke

im not sure if this is a problem, but when i hit the gas a little smoke comes for the head pipe where it connects to the engine.

Every person I know that has a 250r has something at one time or another coming out there, either oily goo or smoke the only thing we can figure is that the exhaust flange that's on the jug is wore, weak springs or the o-rings are wore, you can get a billit aluminum one that supposedly solves the problem but we just seal it with hi temp. black silicone.

If I leave it like It is will it cause a problem ? Also where do I put the silicone If I were to do that
