I bought my son a honda think i have it narrowed down to a 250 fourtrax recon, cannot find vin number anywhere and NO i did not get a title I need to get some parts for it and a manual but can't do anything without knowing what year or make it is can anyone help me i am new to this four wheeler owning

 

Well there are several Honda 250 models out there. And where the VIN number is located depends on which one you have unfortunately.
If you can get the engine number, that would be a good place to start.

If you can't find those numbers or the VIN number you will have to determine it through a process of elimination by describing some of it's features,...manual clutch, auto clutch, chain drive, shaft drive,.etc,etc.

If you can post a picture of it, that would help out as well.

Title? Registration?
Both should have year and model and that would help.
