Default extra lights

I have a 2003 honda 250 ex, and the headlight kinda sucks. I want your opinions on adding one or two small lights to the front bumper, and how to wire it in. its just an idea for now.

You can get brighter bulbs if it's just not enough light, but if I recall correctly, your atv has a fixed forward light

You might get better use by mounting extra lights to a crossbar on your handlebars, and you can also use the crossbar (which can be made from angle iron and u-bolted to bars) to mount your switch. Wiring them to the battery is the simplest way (make sure to use fuses)

I have run this setup on my TRX300 for many years...the light turns with the bars to where you see where you are turning, and the only time it has ever had a problem is when I rolled it over and broke the lights...but Wallyworld sells them cheap

you could also use a relay. run power from the battery with a fuse to a relay. so when u turn on ur lights they come on. but the toggle switch would be the easyest way.
