hi i have a 2000 honda rancher 4x4 350 electric shift wiht just abought 3500 miles on it. i am having a problem with oile finding its way in to the air box. i get abought 500ml of oile after a day of diding in the botome of the air box. if any one can help me diexnose my problem it would be apreshated. thank you for your time.

 

Has it been flipped recently? Does it have to much oil together? If one gets flipped over the air box will fill up with oil.

 

no never fliped but some water whelies

 

could it be blow bye forsing the oile up the engine vent tube? i watched some come ought of the engine breather tube after an oile change whyle it was runing???? help pleas thanks for your time

 

was ur choke on a little bit i heard that can cause that problem

 

the chock was not on. the oile gets up in the air filter and files the botome of the air box up. while riding and the chock cable is brand new so the chock is not stuck on or antyhing like that. no im not shury why other than maby its a engine with blow bye maby i dont know other wise.

 

How much oil is in the crankcase? My dad ran my eiger out of fuel and switched to prime instead of reserve, it filled the crankcase up with gas. I don't think the rancher could do that but check it out.
