honda foreman dumping gas from the drain tube?
#1
I was upstate this weekend and was told that my honda
450 es 2001 was dumping gas from the drain tube like water.I remember somewere to shake the bike seem the needle float must be stuck,so I did skae it up and bego the gas stop and was back to riding.I like to ask how hard to remove the carb: from the quad .
The throttle cable will it remove from the carb? otherwise I see no big problems I think it ready for a rebuilding kit.

Generally speaking you remove the airbox, throttle cable, enricher, fuel line and whatever electrical connectors there are.
If you don't have one, getting a factory service manual would be a good investment, especially if you plan to keep the machine long term.
