Rear brake is not releasing all the way. I am 200 lbs and I have to use all of my weight to make rear tires lock up. After riding for a bit the caliper gets very hot as it does not completely release. I am assuming the caliper needs replaced or rebuilt. Any suggestions.

I would take the caliper off and clean it real good . The piston could have dirt around it thant could keep it from moving. It could also be your master cylinder
