I am on my 3rd replacement set of tires so counting the OE tires I'm on my 4th set.

 

That Honda is just getting broken in.

I think a little of both.

I kind of follow Honda's maint schedule but probably do things a little more often than they recommend.

I change the oil and filter every 500 miles, adjust the valves and replace the spark plug every 1000 miles and change the coolant every 2000 miles and use a zero silicate coolant and distilled water.

I use Valvoline 10w40 ATV oil and use only Honda oil filters.

I always replace all of the gaskets and O-rings with Honda OE parts and use new drain plug gaskets with every oil change and clean the air filter whenever it needs it.

The ATV is 100% stock and still runs like a million bucks and I beat it every chance I get.


The only thing in rough shape is the undercarriage!!
That skid plate is a pain!! LOL
