Default TRX250R help

I just had my motor rebuilt, put it back in and now there is no bottem end power. It feels as though the spark plug is trying to foul but when I pulled it out it was a nice brown. It kinda sputters from a stop to powerband, once in powerband though it goes good...I also noticed going up hills it tends to bog out rather easily..what could be causing this? Its got a foam filter, just went down from a 140 main to a 130main (no help), I'm not sure what reeds are in there, boyesen of somesort, gearing is 13/38 (just ordered a 36 and reed spacer) will also swap to stock boyesen reeds to see if that helps any. Any other tips? It sucks not having any bottem end!

going lean on the main will just worsen the problem, sounds like your carb is to large or maybe a air leak. pull the reeds out and try to suck air towards the carb side of them- if your able to suck air that means the reed pedals are broken or weak and thats a huge cause of gutless bottom end.

Your right, I put my stock carb back on and stock reeds and it runs great now, hell it even idles! I've never gotten it to idle before. The reeds I took out are the one piece top and bottom reed and they sit open. Now after I rode it around I got back in the garage put it in nuetral and heard an unusual chattering sound...if I pull the clutch or put it in gear it stops making the noise. What could cause that? Also noticed some type of oily fluid seeping through one of the head nuts up by the spark plug, bad gasket or?
