not hardly....
You have several carb vent hoses that need to be secured above your "water line" or piped into your snorkeling system.
If you have a belt-drive auto tranny, you will have to snorkle the intake and "exhaust" vents for the transmission (probably doesn't apply to your 400)
You also have front and rear differential vents that should be snorkeled, and some drum brake systems have vents that should be snorkeled.
You should also coat all electrical connections with dielectric grease
