I would also get power steering. The only time I feel I need it when trail riding is when you smack that big rock hidden in the brush at the edge of the trail. The kickback can be brutal, so I would have it just for that.

Running around the property, are you going to be using a wand weed sprayer (IE steering the machine with one hand)? Plowing, making tight turns from a stop with extra weight on the front end?

My next machine will be PS for sure.
