on my 04 rubicon when i try to pull the choke cable it wouldent pull, almost the wires are frayed inside the housing. i even got a pair of pliers and tried pulling it and still nothing. so then i unscrewed it out of the carb and in some spots it felt like the cable was bent and not bending. could i just order a replacemnt choke cable and everything will be fine?

 

If what is binding up is the choke cable, yeah you can just replace it.
