after i run my rubicon all day turning it on and off and let it sit over night the next morning it wont start and the battery is drained. im constanly having to re-charge the battery it wont just stay charged so i can keep starting the four wheeler up. when turned off all lights and everything are turned off as well, so i dont understand how the battery can keep loosing all its juice. any help would be great

Start with the simplest first. Take the battery terminals off, and make sure both sides are shiny bright clean, and make sure the bolts are tight when you put it back on.
For testing from there you will need a multi meter.
The first thing I would do is recharge the battery with it disconnected, then check voltage after a couple hours. Check voltage again the next day. That should tell you if the battery is faulty and self-discharging.
If the battery is OK, put a charged battery in it and connect the + cable. Then take an amp meter reading between the negative post of the battery and the negative cable of the quad with everything off.
A few miliamps would be normal. If it is higher than that, you have some sort of key-off draw. In order of likelihood, I'd look at any after-market electric accessories, then look at the voltage regulator (disconnect it and if the key off drain goes away...).
If you do not have key-off drain, then check to see if the charging system is working. Take a voltage reading at the battery terminals with the quad off, and with the quad running and reved up. I'd expect a couple volts higher with it running and wound up. If it is the same or lower, you have a charging system problem.
