I live in Romania and here for making all necesary paper work I need to have some dates about engine power

please help me to find out how much hoursepower has the engine

Is that not the same motor in the Honda TRX250EX?

Honda (2007)

250ex = 16.8 HP
300 EX= 17.1 HP
400 ex= 34.2 hp
500 (fm and fe) =26.9 hp
680 (rincon) =38.5 hp

Did a vin# search and got this information.

If it is indeed an 1986 250R, you have a nice quad. It is a 2 stroke, not a four and is a very nice find. Fast too.

 

No, it's different than the 250EX. The fourtrax I believe was the same motor as the 250X. The 250X had 21hp. And the 300EX had 22, not 17.

 

If your talking about the 250R with the CR250 motocross motor which is 44.7hp@ 8500rpm and Peak Torque at 30.4ft/lb. @ 7200rpm.

unfortunately is not 250R but is very nice because I really love it

is four stokes, 1 cilinder and I intend to completely fix it, enjoing doing it

now looks very poor but soon will look very nice
