450 S foreman low/no power when it is warm

Good point. Tank not venting right will result in the machine cutting out and starving for fuel after it has been run a while.

Thanks, haven't had any time to check out any further yet, darn job thing!! but I did find a aftermarket coil in the Dennis K. book, also online, but it fits just about any Honda thing ever built, it's @12.00$ any thoughts about after market electrical or oem should I need it?? Again thanks to everyone for the great troubleshooting ideas!!

For sure check to make sure it isn't a fuel/vent issue first. I don't have any experience with aftermarket coils, but at $12 you wouldn't have much to loose by trying one.

First thing I would check would be carburator makes sure that all passages are clean.
If that does not fix the problem its most likely the valves need adjustment as the machine heats up valve will tighten when they cool they expand back.
