Tube in a tire?
#1
Ok I posted something this morning about fixing a flat and it didnt work. So I was wondering if I could put a tube in the tire. It is the left front. Also the only tube I have here is a 16 ans the tire is a 20. Would that work? just for temporary?

I used a tube for quite a while in one of my tires and it worked fine. Should work OK in your front tire. Be aware that on rear tires, or all 4 of a 4x4, low pressure tires will creep on the rim under power and could eventually rip the stem off the tube. Mine was at a 45 degree angle after a couple years.
You also need to drill out the stem hole in your wheel to fit the bigger tube stem through it. I think the tire shop used an oversize stem when I put on new tires and got rid of the tube.
Hope this helps.

I have a tube in my front tire because I had about 10 holes in the tire itself (long p r i c k e r s, plus cheap Dunlop tires) I've had the tube in there for about 8 months, and it's working fine.
I have another question now, why did it keep putting in ***** in stead of the word p r i c k e r s ?!! why would that be bleeped out?!
