Ok, so here's the problem. I recently decided to fix my dad's Honda three wheeler. I've got everything into working order until I realized that it was leaking fuel out the air filter. My friends dad said to check the float out in the Carb. I checked it out it seemed to be fine. What else could cause this.

 

Set the float level lower and it will solve your problem.

 

By the way, make sure the needle and seat are spottless.
