Honda customer service

Has anyone tried to contact Honda customer service at 310-532-9811? They put you on hold "waiting for an analyst", on your nickel! I've tried 3 different days and times to no avail... wait, wait, wait!!!
There is also no email capability on their web site, which is poor, at best.
Does anyone have an 800 number they can share?

I just went through this and I couldn't find a toll free number for them. And, yes, you will sit on hold for a while. But they do answer eventually and I've found them to be very helpful when they do. Also, if they say the'll be back to you within a given time they will call back.
