Yea i measured down the broken bolt hole and it seems theres almost a half inch still stickin out of the cylinder. so ima take it all off and ill let you guys know how it goes.. but one more ?.. can i leave the valve covers on when removing it or do i have to take em off as well? thanks and appreciate all the input

 

Yes i would take value covers off, you need to re adjust values after you reseal back..
