Default Foreman Swing Arm Bearings

What going on?

I got one ragged out Foreman I bought for 900 bucks. EVERY bearing is bad, but the worst one is the swing arm bearings ( they've got like 10 feet of free play ). My questions are:
1. How necessary that I replace them?
2. Do I need to get the special tool for the swing arm removal if so?
3. When over hauling the motor is is necessary that I replace the motor bearings?

Thanks

Appreciate that Steiner, I do have a service manual, it says that there is a special tool to remove the swing arm. I've seen where people have made there own and some other forums.
