Honda rancher efi misses

Im having problems with my honda 350 efi missing after 30-40 minutes of riding, it starts out strong then warms up and starts missing at about half throttle. New plug, gas system has been gone thru etc..

The 350 Ranchers all had carbs......no EFI.

Yeah, with those symptoms I'd be taking a close look at the carb, including the enricher system.
