recon missing

ok if i run my needle jet back in it get worse like it wants to spit and sputter worse if i run it out almost to were i can c the first o ring it runs better does this mean i need to put a bigger jet in.

have you changed the intake or exhaust by adding a freer flowing filter, or a slip on muffler? or are you running without the lid on the airbox? If not, jetting is not your problem, you probably have a dirty carb, and need to clean it and put the needle back to stock and try it from there. On a stock motor, unless you change elevation by quite a bit, you should never need to rejet .
