Well , guys my am I disapointed with HONDA on this one, what was they thinking? -> on the 400ex my new toy the way they designed the grab rail sucks!! the rest of the bick I like,now what I have to do to get the six pack rack on there is cut the factory one off an weld two brackets on to bolt to,my question is is that going to weeken the sub fram?if any of you know I'd like some input,THE RACK I AM TALKING ABOUT IS THE SIX PACK RACK FROM PRIM?

 

Aftermarket companies have made it so you can put on a different grab bar. Laeger sells one for $350 and their way of doing it makes the bike lighter and sub frame stronger. Unless you are a pro at welding, I wouldn't touch it.
