Im debating whether or not to put a twist throttle on my 300ex. what are your thoughts on it? their not to expensive to obtain. has anyone else done this mod? if so, what brand did you use and did you have to buy grips for it or does the kit come with them?

 

I used motion pro. Start off slow cause it's different from a dirtbike. Within the first hour I almost killed myself about 6 times. You'll get used to it though.

 

is it real sensitive when twisted? and if you let go of the motion pro does it twist back to no throttle?

 

well, i just ordered a motion pro for 38 bucks, i should see it around wednesday. hope i like it lol. also got a pair of twist grips and THOR static 2011 pants jersey and matching gloves

 

It's just different in the turns, very different and going over whoops needs getting used to. And yeah it goes down to idle rather quick when let off

 

just installed it and cleaned my k&n filter, thing runs awesome i love the twist
