Anything else I may need to change while I got it tore down this far?
When you say knuckle are you talking tie rod end? If they have any play in them, that would be a cheap prevent!

I am talking about the piece where the tie rod connects to the tire.

Got my parts in today and will be putting it together tomorrow morning. I bought the parts from cheap cycle parts. I bought the whole new knuckle where the bearings set in and the ball joints connect to and tie rod ends connect there too. My question is it came from cheap cycle parts with the bearings and seals already in place. Do they need to be taken apart and greased some more or are they ready to be put on and go?

Thanks

Well got it all back together. Did one side friday afternoon and the other sunday afternoon. Seems to be alright so far. I hope it will last longer than the other bearings I bought. I didnt put a lot of grease in it this time. Just some between the bearing and seal and that is it. Do I have to take it all apart and put grease in it often or should it be ok til they are wore out? I dont ride in mud or water. In fact the atv is 4 yrs old and never been in the mud or water. Thanks for all the help.

I have never heard of anyone pulling them apart just to grease them up!
