I don't know for sure, maybe you can call a dealer and they might know? A manual is always helpful for whenever you work on your quad.

Its a honda 90 trx and no matter how i set the mixture screw it wont take throttle on a sudden sweep..meaning if i hit it hard it falls on its face or cuts off..but if i do it gradually it revs fine..also it wont choke down if i leave the choke on unless i have the mix. Screw all the way in or out less than a half turn..makes me think its a vaccum leak? Any suggestions would be helpful..thanks

Sound's like you have a leak between your carb to intake boot , the starting point should be between 1 and a half to 1 and 3 fourth turn's from lite seat , you can check for vacum leak by spraying some Deep Creep , WD40 , PB Blaster or starter fluid around the boot at boot to intake and boot to carb , if there's a leak your RPM's will increase ; i would check the boot connection's first i've seen them pinched to often after carb cleaning/rebuild's !

And one other thing i've seen is a stuck choke and improper alinment of the throddle slide , hope this help's !
