2002 450 foreman rear end
#2
I looked into that once for my 2000 and was told they are different, wasn't told what was different about them, just that they were different. I'd like to compare them side by side, count splines, check bolt holes, etc. What went bad on yours? The bearing kits aren't too bad of price and the ring and pinion is much cheaper than buying the whole gearcase. I've had mine a part and put new bearings in it, they aren't bad to work on. I want to replace mine because the sealing surfaces on the ring gear are in bad shape and it won't hold seals anymore.
