honda 350 wont shift

hey i have a honda 2002 honda 350 4x4 that shifts but then will quite on me, i turn it of and on again and it will shift again, do u have any idea what it might be?

angle sensor i had a 350 that done the same thing

yap, what troyb said, angle sensor. Brother had the same issue with his.
