I think it may be the starter. Once I find my meter I can see if I'm getting any voltage reading at the starter. Here the issue. Once you turn the key, and switch on run, press the starter button and the bike simply clicks at the relay under the seat behind the battery, Light and everything works but bike does not turn over once you press the starter switch.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes could be either just let the test show you....

 

Replaced the Starter now the solinoid is bad.

Right now I simply put a piece of metal across the post and it cranks right up.
