Default Electric shift on 02 Recon

My 02' recon ES is acting up. Does anyone know what could cause the electric shift to act up and cause my first gear light to blink 8 continuous times. The bike starts up and runs now, but when I go to shift up with the electric shift, it makes an attempt to shift through, but does not go all the way through the shift. Does not make an attempt at all most of the time as well. The display lights for the gears are totally out of sink now. I have replaced the angle sensor, neutral sensor, completely redone the transmission, new fuses, brand new battery. The only thing I can think of now would be my electric shift motor is going out. But before the rebuild it was completely fine.

Look it up on this sites "Search" feature. A person called "HondaMechanic" did a excellen post on how to rundown and fix any ES problem.

Mine E.S used to act up once in a while and not shift on my 2001 450 Foreman and taking one of the fuses out and putting it back in from the fuse box under the seat would always fix it right up for some reason.

I have already replaced the angel sensor, I thought I mentioned that in my post.
