I'm leaning toward papa hogg scoot's theory here. If your positive the carb is clean and your getting fuel through it, are you sure you are getting good compression? Like he said you will be missled without a gauge. Drain your oil into a clean pan and check for gas in it.

yes getting fuel to the carb an now the carb is shotting gas when u press the throttle out of the needle jet goes about 12 feet when u press it in. its about 1/4th way in before i see any gas come out of the needle. never had to push the throttle to start it before. im thinking the pilot jet or screw i set it to 2 1/2 turns and tried everything else just is trying to turn over like its not getting enuff gas in the cylinder to cumbust. so i gave up took the carb to the honda shop having it rebuilt seems like for no reason. when i get it back if it still dont start what could it be ? im getting more spark the a sparkler fire work gives off lol . the kill switch is good. am i even looking in the right spot anymore im 100% stumped and not sure what the next step is dude told me the timing is spot on and the compression is great its shotting fuel out of the carb got spark. seems like it would atleast try to start up its just turning over like if u press the start botton with the switch off just turns over nothing happens tho

i just changed the oil like 3 days ago when i was letting the carb soak and as far as i can tell its just black oil i changed the filter also. nothing floating on top the oil or any odd colers in it just black lol.

But, as asked before what was the compression reading? Don't go by what people are telling you. Ask them. I trust nobody when it comes to these things. For example EVERYBODY tells you they have a cam. Even occasional banshee guys! Every wheeler I bought supposdely had a cam. Well ya they did, 4-strokes do, and they were all stock.
From what you describe as going on there can't be much preventing it from starting. Got gas, and got spark. That eliminates 98% of peoples issues. Don't try to stab the throttle starting it. Little choke crank over couple times. Choke off crank over. Repeat. If that doesn't start it, I would think you would have heard something go wrong that caused the issue.
You need to check the oil after you cleaned the carb and tried to start it. Don't worry if it's clean and you use a clean container you can re-use it. If you have ANY signs of gas in the oil you don't have adequate compression.
